Imagine the distance from the earth to the sun. (150 million kilometers)
with this scale consider the following.

The distance to the nearest star in our galaxy would be a 22 meter high
stack of paper.

The diameter of our own galaxy (100,000 light years) would be a scale of 500
kilometer stack.

The edge of our known universe would be a 500 million kilometer stack.

And that’s just the beginning.

Astronomers tell us that our galaxy is a family of more than a billion stars
and that there are as many as 100 billon galaxies in the universe.

Each of these galaxies may have hundreds of millions of planets like our
earth.

Unfathomable?

Incomprehensible?

Beyond understanding?

Yes!

But something even more vast than the universe is Gods love for us.


The love that God gives to us was first shown when he gave His one and only
son, so that we too can love and have eternal life.

Kjv 1 john 4:7-10
Kjv 1 john 4:11-14
Kjv 1 john 4:15-18
Kjv 1 john 4:19-21


And We love, because He loved us first

If we don’t know God, and don’t have His love, we have nothing (Cor 13:1-13)

In a world that cries out to be loved, has God’s love impacted you?

Deep down, do you still see Him as a stern authority figure demanding that
you get it right?

Or have you glimpsed your heavenly Father as He really is, smiling at you
with impossible joy


One of the most beautiful passages in the Bible is found in Isaiah 43. God
is speaking to the people of Israel; but they are yours and mine too.

Read them and allow them to be God’s words to you.

“I have called you by name, you are mine. When you pass through the waters I
shall be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you;
when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flames shall not
consume you.”

(for God is a great big God, though you can’t see him or hear him, he is
always with you. He never takes his eyes off you) “ For I am the Lord your
God, the Holy one of Israel, your savior, Because you are precious in my
sight, and honored, and I love you”

take a look at that last verse “Because you are precious in my sight, and
honored, and I love you”

what more can you want, Even though each one of us will go through a lot in
life, we can always remember that God is right beside us, loving us and
knowing exactly what we are going through

It was the love of God that allowed him to put his son in our place, to feel
our pain, our hurts.

And its his love that keeps us going

Gods love really is a love beyond measure
And its waiting to flood your life with a grace that can transform you

GE had a good discussion bout it after wards heres a bit of a log of it :

Aly ...It blew me away when you were talking about the billions of galaxies
etc.
I know this might sound contrived ...
But, I assure you I am telling you the truth.
JUST last night ...
As I was speaking to the Lord before I fell off to sleep ...
I was thinking about how many OTHER 'universes' there might be out there.
Oh wow!
Galaxies of stars and planets that we have NO CLUE are out there.
I wondered before the Lord ...
I even said something like ...
"Lord, are You doing this whole thing somewhere else out there?"

yes wow!
"Is there someone laying in their bed right now who is wondering the same
things I am?"
Well ...
One thing is certain.
He CAN do it.
He LOVES so very much ...
He may be doing this same thing so as to bring even MORE people into His
kingdom.
People from other galaxies.
Oh, man ...
The thoughts and considerations are limitless, aren't they?
But, our minds are so finite.
We can't even begin to conceive what He might be doing 'out there'.
